About the Opportunity
Manchester Co-operative Credit Union (1977) Ltd. (MCCU) is seeking dynamic, motivated individuals to join our team as Independent Sales Representatives. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with strong networking and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will:
- Identify and refer prospective members and business opportunities
- Promote MCCU’s products and services using approved information
- Submit referral documentation in line with established procedures
Compliance & Requirements
- Adhere to Data Protection Act of Jamaica and confidentiality standards
- Comply with AML/CFT and all regulatory requirements

Qualification and Experience
- BSc/ Diploma in Sales Marketing or Public Relations
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in similar capacity.
Compensation
- Commission-based earnings (based on successful referrals)
- Statutory deductions will be applied in accordance with Jamaican law
