Ms. Vanaya Jack is currently the Human Resource and Facilities Manager. Ms. Jack joined the Manchester Co-operative Credit Union (1977) Limited in October 2015 as the Human Resource Officer and was subsequently promoted to her current post. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Development, a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and an International Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
As the Human Resource and Facilities Manager her mandate is to assist the Credit Union in achieving its strategic objectives through proper talent acquisition and management, the alignment of compensation with productivity and workforce planning, development and engagement.
As a strategic partner she positions her department to work in partnership with other departments to create a work environment that is conducive to employee development, motivation and engagement to ensure sustainable organizational growth and performance.
She also has the responsibility for facilities management to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all employees.
Ms. Jack has over ten (10) year experience in management and has worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, healthcare, printing, education and financial services.
